The urea quick connector has a plug-in self-locking structure, which can be operated only by leaving an operating space with a finger width on each side, and the connectors installed with the urea quick connector can be arranged in high density. This not only increases the flexibility of manufacturers in functional design, improves efficiency to reduce costs, but also makes the connection and disconnection operations in assembly on the production line and future maintenance faster and simpler.
The structure of the connector is not complicated, there is a connector housing containing all other components, internal and externalOThe type ring is specially sealed, coupled with the isolation ring and the outer retaining ring, of course, it must be self-locking. When the other half (male connector) of the pipeline adapter is inserted, it will be buckled by a self-locking buckle with a certain elasticity, and then the buckle fastener can ensure the firmness of the connection. After the installation is completed, pull back properly to ensure that the installation is in place, and also make the sealing contact surfaces of the joint close contact.
During maintenance and disassembly, press the buckle buttons at both ends of the self-locking buckle to loosen the internal lock. Then push the male connector forward until the middle section of the self-locking buckle expands and can be easily pulled out. Remember to grease the surface of the male fitting before reassembly.
The safety of the quick coupling is guaranteed by adopting the radial sealing structure with double sealing ring. InsideOThe ring directly contacts the fluid in the pipeline, and the material used needs to be customized according to the physical and chemical properties of the fluid. OutsideOThe ring is made of synthetic rubber to enhance mechanical properties and prevent air aging. The elastic bayonet device of the outer retaining ring will fix the sealing ring and the isolation ring in the housing so that they will not fall off or shift.
