In the first half of the year, Jiangnan Street achieved an industrial output value of 3.487 billion yuan, an increase of 49.1 percent, and the growth rate was the first in the sea; the added value of industries above designated size was 0.906 billion yuan, an increase of 68.2 percent, and the growth rate was the first in the sea;

Digital Reform Helps Enterprises Improve Quality and Efficiency
In the workshop of Linhai Eternal Auto Parts Technology Company, dozens of injection molding machines are lined up, feeding and producing, and the mechanical arms slide in an orderly manner. In such a large workshop, occasionally workers wander between the machines. On the triple screen display on one side of the machines, various production indicators are constantly rolling.
"The company mainly produces automobile pipe fittings, and one employee can manage four injection molding machines." Wang Guanghui, the general manager of the company, said, "After the injection molding machine produces parts, they are assembled by the fully automatic assembly machine on the other side of the workshop. The efficiency of one assembly machine is equivalent to that of 20 skilled workers."
"Machine substitution" is very common in Jiangnan streets, and most operators also understand this as digital reform. Wang Guanghui has a deeper understanding of this: as early as 2019, he spent 500 thousands or 600 thousands yuan to launch a MES system called "Eagle Factory Director" for workshop management. "Digitalization should not be equivalent to mechanization, but on the basis of mechanization, digital means are used to pursue the improvement of management efficiency and product quality."
Relying on this "delicacy", the company continues to "tap the potential". The eternal auto parts with only more than 50 production lines are expected to achieve an output value of 80 million yuan this year, an increase of 10 million yuan from last year.
In Jiangnan Street, Eternal Auto Parts is not an isolated case.

In addition to realizing regular functions such as defect inspection, loose cloth, cutting, etc., it can also accumulate data and continuously learn independently, enhance the cloth inspection capability, and realize data cloud sharing."
